This boutique hotel in the historic district is a gem! the staff were welcoming and helpful. the well-designed room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Located steps away from some excellent restaurants, it's hard to beat. Plus, the breakfast was limited but tasty and healthy. the good valet parking service was an advantage as well.
The price was quite high for the few amenities offered.

Great Stay in Downtown Our weekend stay was an excellent experience! Perfectly situated in the middle of downtown, this hotel has everything you need nearby. With great dining options and tourist attractions just a short walk away, it's an ideal location! Our room was beautifully decorated and smelled divine. Breakfast in the morning was just enough to get our day started. the friendly service at the front desk made our arrival and departure effortless.
Noisy and Overpriced Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy throughout the night, with noisy floors and loud parties, making it difficult to rest. the cost of the room was very high considering the lack of amenities available in the hotel.

My recent stay at Palmetto Hotel was fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the lobby had a quirky charm, and the room was well-designed and comfortable. I especially loved the location in the historic area of Charleston, with excellent restaurants just steps away. The valet parking service was also convenient.
The coffee maker in the room was a bit tricky to use and the coffee didn't taste great. Thankfully, the bar served delicious drinks, although the bartenders seemed a bit unfriendly and disappeared after making our drinks.

Loved every minute of our romantic getaway! The room was well-designed, with a comfortable bed, a small balcony, and a delicious morning breakfast. The hotel's staff was super welcoming and helpful, and the location was unbeatable. Just a short walk to amazing restaurants and the main tourist attractions. the valet parking service was incredibly convenient.
The coffee maker in the room was awful, which was a real shame. The noise level was also a bit too high sometimes, and that kept us from getting a good night's sleep.
